For the shelter I also make a door "engine" I make it from plastic card and Strip styrene

I bought for the diorama the Eduard Czech Air Force personnel kit and a bicycle set from Brengun.

From Stripstyrene I make 2x a tow bar.
A truck and hand version

For the Shelter I what to build several Migs, MF, MFN, R and UM versions.
Because of time I came to one MF "9414", MFN "2500" and 2x UM the "9341" and "9332" (The Mig-21R got his Alu colour and still waithing for his decals).

For the UM I used the Bilek kit + resin cockpit set and Extratech metal parts.

For the MF and MFN I used the Zvezda Mig-21bis kit + Etratech metal parts and Pavla cockpit set. To make a right MF version I must change the tail and dorsal. I used the bis dorsal and fill it with resin and sand it to the right width, with use of a scale drawing. I did that the saw with the tail. From that I make a mould. The first tails where not 100 %. 1:5 was OK. Then I came with a other option, I can also use the quickboost conversion tail. The "2500" got the fist version tail and the "9414" got the quckboost tail and mine resin dorsal.

The other Mig is the MFN "2500" with the "last anniversary" decals from Kopro

I make 2x a UM. The "9332" and "9341", both with Kopro decals.

For the shelter diorama I build also some verhicles, a MAC, UAZ 469 and ICM ZIL-131. The UAZ got a zelf made roof. From the ZIL 131 I make a VZ20/350 airtruck.
