Custom Kabuki paint masks?

Excuse me for my English, but I do not want to offend anyone here with my "Google-translate-Tarzan-Czech" language.
I am interested in making custom masks for some cases of missing decals, or when I do not want to use kit decals.
Could anyone recommend some producer of Kabuki masks, willing to do this precision cutting?
I have already prepared vector drawing of everything on A4 size paper, and I would prefer to pick it up personally at Moson Show 2017.
